Q: QuestionTrying to burn HD home movies to the Blu-ray writer..taking all day. The writers not making any sound to indicate it's working. Using Express Burn, it recognizes the device when I click burn, but it has already failed once. What's best for Windows 10?

• A:Answer It does not come with any software. However, it plays DVDs with the built-in Mac DVD player and I downloaded the free Leawo Blu-ray Player from the App Store to play Blu-rays.

• A:Answer I bought 2 , both work on (1) my Lenovo M92p SFF desktop , Windows 10 Pro (2) New Dell Laptop i7 8th gen Windows 10 Home. U would need to download a free Bluray software (like leowoo ???) to play a Bluray disc. Not sure if VLC would play Bluray, I am told the new Nero 2018 could play Bluray disc (not sure either) NOTE: the Blue light on the device (indication it's ON) is ALWAYS on when U plug in your computer. I wish there is a way to turn it off without unplug the device from computers. Other than that it's an excellent - IMO - device

• A:Answer In my config, yes, I watch all the time. You did not state what player you use. I like PowerDVD. Also to my knowledge, if you are not using USB 3.0 or 3.1, then you have to use 2 USB ports. I have 2 notebooks and both accept player and movies just fine.
