• A:Answer I'm sorry, the DMH-WT3800NEX does not have a remote sensor, you cannot use a remote with it. In most cases, you can get an adapter to allow you to retain steering wheel controls.

Q: QuestionGot this installed about a week ago and the volume can only be heard from 35 and above. Speakers crack and pop depending on the song even though not at full volume and got an AMP error message while driving?

• A:Answer I would suspect something with the installation, please have the installer check the system. The speakers need to be between 4-8 ohms for impedance. If your vehicle has a built-in factory amplifier, you need to make sure this is being turned on.

Q: QuestionI got this installed by geek squad a few days ago and have noticed how even on max volume it is not that loud. The volume has to be on at least 30 for me to hear anything and anything less theres no sound at all. Is this normal?
