- Answer 120 watts 2channels drivin at 8 ohms 200 watts 2 channels drivin at 4 ohms this receiver cannot put out 1400 watts, all channels having 4 ohm capability makes this an attractive, powerfull reciever.

- Answer The A/V receiver has 2 unpowered subwoofer outputs to go to powered subwoofers. I didn't see any feature to bridge channels, but I wasn't looking for that feature.

- Answer Yes and this definitely has a ton of power. All my speakers are 4ohm. Your polks will rock with this.

- Answer I've only owned my receiver for 4 months now and still tinkerin but yes signal will pass through receiver even though it's off. At least my dish network did.

Questionso im in the process of building a home theater. if I set this up receiver up only can i hook just a soundbar for the time being? Meaning just using a set of rca plugs or optical to run the soundbar. I realize it would not be really getting used.

- Answer Yes but you a should just go straight to the tv with the sound bar until your ready to use the receiver.. ether way you'll be fine
