A:AnswerYes. It will work. Simple connection to the Pioneer by plugging in RCA video to the brown input on the stereo. Ground the camera’s black wire. Attach red wire to a power source. If you connect the violet/white wire from your Pioneer stereo to the wire that powers your reverse lights, the Pioneer will automatically switch the screen to the backup camera when you put the car in reverse.

A:AnswerI just had mine installed by Best Buy and, yes, when you put your car in reverse, it will show on the screen for you. How it looks though, will depend on the software of the stereo receiver you are using with it.
