A:AnswerSee if your stereo has a camera or extra output in back of it and if so It should work. I have two now on different Pioneer decks and works great.
A:AnswerAny monitor will work as long as it has a video input. Preferably an RCA input as that is what the camera has. And yes it should work by plugging into the reverse light.
A:AnswerYes you can use it as any type of camera you want it's very simple has power ground and video output long as you have a screen to hook it up to you're good to go
A:AnswerThe camera has a RCA, 12 volt power and ground. You will have to see if the have the video out RCA {female} and your reverse wire signal. Your head unit needs to also have the video options to use the camera
A:AnswerYes. Connections are simple. Plug the RCA cable to the brown input on the back of your stereo. Ground the black wire. Connect red wire to a power source. If you connect the violet/white wire coming out of your Pioneer stereo to a wire that powers your reverse lights, the screen will automatically switch to the back-up camera when you put the car in reverse.
A:AnswerIf there is an adapter out there and your current radio has a video input, then yes. (radio might require dealer programming.) I used a Maestro RR adapter setup for my Head unit swap. Adapters will vary and price will too. Best of success to you
