• A:Answer Pit Boss warranty is 5 years. Purchase the Pit Boss 73821 cover. Shows for a PB820D but fits my PB850 Sportsman like a glove. On sale for $34 on Amazon.

• A:Answer Yes (mostly). You can grill on this pellet grill without heavy smoking since it can run at higher temperatures (400-500°F) which is hot enough for grilling. At those temperatures, the pellets burn much cleaner, and you’ll get more heat and less smoke. There is also the direct sear to get direct flame grilling which has worked out great to sear steaks. Expect a little smoky flavor still because it's wood, but it won’t be like a smoked steak.
