• Works fine as long as there is not too much noise in the room. The over the ear design helps.

• No this does not. Not at the price of $25. This has no active or passive noise cancellation abilities. I have not tested it when there are loud noises/sound around me.

• YES IF YOU DIRECT THE MIC ABOUT 1/2 INCH FROM YOUR MOUTH
