- Answer There is an app associated with the backbeat 3100. It's called BackBeat. The app has a feature called Find MyHeadset. If your BackBeat is still connected to your phone, you can send a tone to locate it. If it's disconnected, it will show you a map of where to start looking.

QuestionAre these able to pair to two devices at the same time? I have an Iphone and Mac Mini that i am connected to at work and take calls on both. I'd like to be able to switch seamlessly when a call comes on either one.

- Answer You can use the button on the right earbud for music control. Press the button once for play/pause (this also answers incoming phone calls). Press twice to skip to the next track. Press three times to go to the previous track.

QuestionI have the jbl bluetooth look just like this .but when i not playing Pandora for 5min the bluetooth turn off automatically. i cant keep them ON TO GET PHONE CALLS AFTER 5MIN OF NOT ON USE TURN OFF ON MY EARS.THIS DO THE SAME OR I CAN KEEP THEM ON ONLY CAL

- Answer I believe best buy allows you a week or two to add the additional insurance, but not 1 year. I wear my earphones 8 hours a day and I'm very hard on them. I always purchase the insurance. Bestbuy has been the best....when the earphones have broke or for example failed to hold a charge they've allowed me to exchange them at no additional cost.
