Yes, However, it will only connect and answer to the device closet to you or on you. Make sure it’s connected to the phones. I have mine connected to my iPhone and FireTV at the same time. I may be listening to the TV when my phone rings; and, as soon as I answer my call, the connection switches to the iPhone. Hence, I’m taking and hearing to the person calling me.
