How do I download contacts to m95 null

This day and time, everyone is talking or texting driving down the road. This is my 3rd one. I keep one as s spare so if someone messes with me. You just drive and if phone rings just hit botton on side and start talking. I don't leave home without it and if I do I go back home after it. Have several different brands and I always go back to planatronics. .
