• Once the Bluetooth is connected to your cell if you have your cell phone program for voice dialing then yes. This Bluetooth does not work independent of itself. Must be connected to a cell phone.

It can b done using the voice assistant on your mobile (Google, Siri, Cortana, etc.) You will need to press the call button for 2 seconds, wait for the phone prompt and then tell the phone to dial the name of a stored contact.
