“Can you remove the ear loop or is it fixed? I'm looking for a bluetooth headset where I can remove the ear loop. Is that possible with this product. If not, if anyone has suggestions for earbud w/ comparable quality + a removable earloop, please share.”

Yes, the ear loop is detachable.
