• It did not announce the caller from my contacts. I had to look at my phone to see who or if it was a contact. It allowed the talk to text via siri or google just like making a phone call with an open phone

• Hello there! No. This model of headset does not count with caller ID. Speech to text is a feature directly from your mobile. If your mobile counts with this feature and it supports Bluetooth headsets it should technically work.
