“Does this have a 2nd mic for noise cancellation or just 1 mic?”

• It doesn't come with any cancellation options, it only has 1mic. This model is a very simple one. Its just good for calls

• It has 1 mic. If you're referring to background noise heard while speaking on the phone it doesn't cancel the background noise. Noise cancellation is for the listener to block noise while listening to music or headphones to block sound. Not for earpiece to speak on the phone. You hear background noise even on house phones.
