• I don't this model has that option, so you might look into a different model. Or get one of those alexa speakers and you can do alot of things with those. Everything is voice command

• No, in order to answer a call with the M95, you need to press the call button. Some phones have an Auto-Answer option or you can set up the voice assistant on your phone to work with voice commands, these features work directly from the phone.
