That’s signal interference. Don’t try to connect with too many multiple devices one at a time .
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I found it would go out an back in when i walked a little distance from my phone. So leaving the phone on my desk and going out to the truck in the driveway it would disconnect and then when i came back it would connect

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello! We're sorry to hear you're having connection issues. We strongly recommend you to isolate the cause of the issue. To do so, please pair your headset with a different phone model and verify if you experience the same issue. If this only happens with your mobile phone, then you might want to contact the phone manufacturer for assistance. On the other hand, if the issue continues on the earpiece, then there might be an actual problem with the unit and it is best to replace it. This product includes a one-year warranty from date of purchase. If you require further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Care Team at: 1-855-765-7878
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It depends on where You are! Most time they go in and out depending on the Your Phones signal! So just say if You don’t have any bars on Your phone it will probably go in and out! Also it’s areas that Bluetooth is bad also! Now if it’s Older it would do well!
