Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Did you already try removing it and pairing it again with your phone? Also, may sound silly, restart your phone after you unpair it, then pair it again. Only other thing I can think of is IOS update?

You might want to try resetting the Bluetooth connection between your phone and headset to see if that helps the issue. To do so: 1. Delete the headset from your cell phone's list of paired devices. 2. Once deleted, power your phone completely off, then power it back on. This resets the Bluetooth stack in the Bluetooth software on the phone. 3. Re-pair the headset with your phone. If this does not fix your issue, we suggest pairing the headset to another cell phone as a test. If the issue is not present on the second phone, then the problem may be with the first phone, rather than the headset. If the issue exists on the second phone as well, you will need to replace the headset. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have experienced echoing at times with several earpieces I’ve purchased but also when I’m not using an earpiece. So I think it’s just a reception issue. You could be in a bad spot or the caller could be in a bad area. If you turn off earpiece and still get echo that may help you identify the source of your feedback issues. Volume should not be the problem but it doesn’t hurt to adjust to check. I’ve found hanging up and reconnecting to be beneficial and if that doesn’t work, have the caller try because it could be a bad connect on their end. You can also try disconnecting and reconnecting the Bluetooth and/or a reboot of your phone by powering down and back up. Hope this helps.
