this has a single cord and you will need a "3" into "2" adapter in order to plug in. These are meant to be used on cordless office phones. they are VERY comfortable. I don't even feel them in unless I accidentally snag the cord as i am walking around. That shouldn't be an issue for you if they are not going to be mobile.
