“I bought this tonight because my older rig set went out after 2 1/2 years of constant use, on my older ones I had the option to hear party (xb1) and game volume at the same time is this a feature on the 500 pro because I can't figure it out help!?”

Hello! No. This will be a setting you will need to adjust directly from your gaming console. With this headset, you are able to adjust the volume of the headset using the volume dial on the cable: https://www.plantronics.com/content/dam/plantronics/documents-and-guides/en/user-guides/rig-500-pro-ug.pdf.
