“I was looking at a few of the others, and some of them have the amount of talk time on them and some don't. One of the other models I was interested in had a 13 hour battery life. How long does this one last? I couldn't find it anywhere”

The documentation says: Talk Time With a single full charge, the CS510/CS520 will provide up to 13 hours of talk time. Talk time will be reduced when operating in wideband mode or if the headset is used consistently at a far distance from the base. The wide band is only needed if you are in a place that is using several of these headsets. Otherwise you can save the battery power buy leaving it off of wide band.
