“Does this filter lens fit on the Canon Rebel T6 that comes with 2 lens (EF-S 18-55mm IS II and EF 75-300mm III lens?”

If you look at the lens right into the top part of the glass it has the size of uv filter on every lens not sure bout the 300 but the 18-55mm the 58mm uv filter will fit it

Lens filters are by diameter of the threaded end. The lens will list the diameter you need on it. My Canon T1 uses 58mm filters.

It works on the 18 - 55 mm lens. that is why I bought the filter. I cannot say about the 75 - 300 mm lens.

Yes it does. You need to have 58mm. lens filter as the EF-S is 58 mm.
