• Based on the previous answer, it will be safe. The charger provides 3A @ 15V. Your chromebook will only draw as much power as it needs, it will work.

• According to the Charger label - it's 5V for each of the ports on it designated below: USB-C: 5V == 3A OR 9V==3A or 15V==3A or 20V==2.35A USB-A: 5V==2.4A (single Port) USB-A: 5V==3.6A (Dual Port) Total output power 65W I hope this helps.
