A:Answer Totally agree. On the one hand you don't want the case to come off accidentally, but getting this one off is not easy. Pushing the little triangle with your finger or coin will not work. I took a little flat head screwdriver, 1/8 inch wide and very carefully pushed it into the gap a bit to the left of the triangle. Separate slightly while pushing down and the parts will disengage. You won't damage the phone as you are pushing into the case latch not the phone. The only slight drawback is there probably will be a slight nick in the case edge where the screwdriver went in. I am very picky and it doesn't really bother me. Hopefully I won't need to do this often.
