Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No, they do not automatically back up. It depends on what kind of computer you have (i.e. Mac or PC), but essentially you would drag files to the thumb drive or, copy and paste those files into the thumb drive. Also, make sure you right click on the thumb drive and select eject, before removing it from the computer. Otherwise, you could corrupt your thumb drive.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Usually whatever you want to put on flash drive you just right click on it and hit send to and pick the flash drive and hit send.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You need to setup the device as your Backup Storage Device
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You can start your backup process and choose your jumpdrive as to the destination of your backup files. Depending on the number of additional items you have plugged into your computer it could be listed as E: drive or F: drive. Then click save button.
I would recommend:
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You will have to direct the computer to do so. Default is C Drive.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You can set Windows up to automatically backup to the flash drive at specified times ( the flash drive would have to be in place at the scheduled time) or you can backup manually from whatever program you are working in.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. These flashdrives do NOT have the software for automatic back up. Go to My Computer and bring this drive up. Then copy the files you want by whatever copy method your computer uses. It's quick enough considering how much effort you do to create a document or take some photos or movies. If you want automatic back-up, buy a hard drive with the enclosed software. Good luck.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I sure you just direct what ever you are saving to the drive that it is assigned.
