• depending on files size yes you can but 1 3D/BR movie is large file for 1 movie you would be better off with a 32GB or larger drive.

• Not recommended - for 3D PlayStation 3 movies or even movies in general USB 3 or better is the ONLY interface that should be used.

• I don't believe so. Not without getting to directory access to your PS3 which would require modification.
