- Answer Your TV may only take 3.0 and above versions of the USB. This is a 2.0. Try a 3.0 USB to see if the TV will take that. If that doesn't work, then you are not activating the USB somehow or there is something wrong with the USB port on the TV

- Answer depending on files size yes you can but 1 3D/BR movie is large file for 1 movie you would be better off with a 32GB or larger drive.
