You need to look up the specific specifications for the model of Dell you have. Most laptops in 2009 came with SATA drives. As long as your laptop uses a SATA drive interface, the PNY CS1100 should work. That said, unless the computer has a SATA II/III interface, you will not be able to transfer data at the full rated speeds of the CS1100. You might want to consider putting the money for the upgrade toward a newer computer instead of upgrading a 6 year old computer.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Should work fine, it is thin and works with windows and Mac
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. As long as you have a SATA connection yes it will work.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Probably, if it is a SATA type drive. My Dell Hybrid Studio contains all laptop internals. This drive fit like a glove!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This should work. Windows 7 or higher is recommended because it will automatically optimize the hard drive for you. Just make sure you turn off disk drefragmenting after installation. Solid state drives last longer without defrags. You can look on the internet for instructions on how to do this.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, it should. Dells have used only SATA connections in their Latitude line for over a dozen years. And this will fit into the drive bay perfectly.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Only if the computer has SATA hard drive look at hard drive in computer if it has 2 small black connectors that is SATA if has wide grey connector and power connection will not work
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Just check if the old hard drive is connected through SATA port. To recognize this you should look for two plastic connectors, if you're able to see pins outside the hard drive then it won't work. If you do happen to have SATA port, then just plug and play, it doesn't matter what version is since the SSD will automatically lower itself to be compatible, even on the lowest speed version available the difference in RW speeds is huge.
