• A:Answer It will work on Linux, Windows, Mac OS & Ubuntu; as well as android 4.4+ as far as I have experienced. However, you may need to reformat the memory (SD card) to allow your device to communicate. Whether that be fat32 or NTFS will depend on your system requirements. To keep it simple u may download paragon on ur Mac OS, to insure your ability to use. Please keep in mind reformatting may restrict your ability to use across multiple devices.

Q: Questionhow to make it work?I went into my local Best Buy and saw one of these on the floor and instantly wanted it, so I asked someone working there how it worked (just to confirm to myself). He wasn't quite sure beyond what it said on the packaging, so he opened it and let me try it on my phone (2013 nexus 5) and I plugged it in and nothing happened. They then took it over to one of their floor model Nexus 7's (I also have one of those) and tried it on that..same thing. I don't know if there's something special you have to do to make it work or to mount it or something but no pop-ups came up on either device to mount the drive or show it's storage, even in a file explorer like ES File Explorer. I'd love some input if anyone has any..i'll still go back and get it if I know i can make it work easily. $20 for 32GB of storage that I can use on the fly and potentially put on my keychain is really useful.

• A:Answer When i first purchased the usb, i plugged it into my laptop and it immediately showed up. I proceeded to transfer some music onto the USB from my itunes library and then ejected it from my computer, connected the USB to my Galaxy S5 and it immediately popped up on my phone's screen as an external drive. I was able to transfer stuff back n forth between the usb and my phone. Have another go at it dude
