• I would say, yes. The 610 has 48 cuda cores, compared to the 16 cuda cores in the older 210. It also has faster data transfer and memory (DDR3 vs DDR2).

• On lowest settings in dx9 it will just barely run it, don't buy this for gaming, you will be disappointed. Stick to ddr5 cards, even a gtx750 1gb will run gta5, although it throws a warning and needs to be runnung at minimum detail. Ddr3 doesn't doesn't have enough bandwidth for gaming these days.

• It should, but lag often means your internet speed or setting the game graphics too high. This is an entry level gaming card.

• i would suggest to tweak lighting levels in settings..........this might reduce lag............online..............run Ookla Web test {u can find it on google} and check to make sure your internet speeds are good .....good luck
