QuestionI have a Dell XPS 8300. It has an early I-7 cpu and 16 gb memory. Will the PNY 1660 super work in my system as an upgrade? My concern is the bios in my system and does the card require a UEFI ready bios? Will it physically fit. Current card takes 2slot

- Answer It should. But you may be better off with a single fan 1660 super instead.

QuestionI purchased this card for an i3910 desktop, per "Dell Expert" recommendation in the PC's Q&A section on BestBuy's website. The card's instructions say an auxiliary 6 or 8-pin power supply "may" be needed. Does it, or is PCI power enough?

- Answer The PCI slot only provide up to 75 watts. If you look at the card specs it requires 125 watts. Which means you will need a 6 or 8 pin adapter. If your power supply does not have one, you will need to get a new power supply. I recommend getting the Cosair CX 650M - about $60.00
