- Answer Depending on your body shape it may or may not work while swimming. Most swimmer body types no, it has a tendency to slip off after a flip turn.

- Answer Yes. The PM5 should pick up the Bluetooth signal from your H7. It pairs easily.

QuestionIs this the same HRM that comes with M400?Is this the same HRM that comes with the M400 package deal? Best Buy currently has both the M400 and this item on sale for less than the two items bundled, so I wanted to buy them separate if it is the same item. Thanks.

- Answer No, it doesn't. Garmin only connects to ANT+ based HRM and this Polar H7 is bluetooth based.

- Answer No, the H7 is not compatible with the Nike+ sports watch. Best Buy does sell a version of our transmitters however that does work with the Nike+ product along with exercise equipment at your local health club. Note that this version does not communicate on Bluetooth.
