QuestionMy wife has some hearing loss and difficulty understanding the words while watching TV. She says the TV is loud enough but just can't understand what they're saying. Would this system help improve this problem?

- Answer If mounting the soundbar to a wall, the screws needed will depend on the mounting surface. Wood screws for studs or drywall screws with anchors may be needed.

- Answer Hello, if looking to add wireless rear speakers for surround sound, consider adding the wireless SR1 surround speakers. For streaming audio throughout the home, I recommend you take a look at Google Home. Stream music from your favorite apps over Wi-Fi, connect to your Google Home speaker to create a whole home audio system and use voice commands to control your music.

- Answer Hello, you can stream music from your smart phone to the Soundbar via Bluetooth. During Bluetooth music playback, controlling the volume with your smart phone is possible. Daily functions will need to be done by your TV remote or Soundbar remote.

QuestionWhy is the volume on the sound bar so slow to respond to the remote? I have it connected to a TCL 75 S434 smart TV via HDMI ARC. The response is so slow that you end up blasting yourself out and then turning the volume completely off before it responds.

- Answer Hello, are you using the TCL TV remote or the Sound Bar remote. If TCL remote has been programmed, it could be sending 2 commands at the same time slowing the response time.
