“I bought this soundbar and love it but when I listen to a concert video the sound seems low and not crisp. PLEASE HELP. I even have the volume tuned up and it still doesnt seem crisp and loud like when its in Movie or sports mode. Any suggestions ?”

try unplugging everything for a hour or two and try plugging everything into a surge protector. Phillips. or especially monster because of the quality of the wiring and the clean power
