Q: QuestionThis sound bar is producing an electronic pop/snap sound each time that we forward the DVR recording 30 seconds or fast forward and then hit play. We've hooked it up to two different TVs and it's done it on both. Extremely annoying. Suggestions?

• A:Answer well did u use the optical cable that came with the unit? if so the cable might be broken inside. I was using my on optical cable and it was having the same issue. once I switched it out the unit worked perfectly.. I love this soundbar. let me know

Q: QuestionWhy does the sound bar need to be turned on every time you want to use it? Why does the volume level drop down when you turn it on? I just want to use the TVs variable audio outputs for volume control and never touch the sound bar. Is there a fix?

• A:Answer Try "teaching" your TV remote the "power" button from the soundbar remote. I haven't tried that yet but it should work because the volume adjustments do work. I too have been turning this Soundbar off and on. The instructions are in the little manual that came with the soundbar. Have to do each button separately.

• A:Answer It is not 5.1. It is a 3.1 system. 3 speakers in the bar plus the subwoofer. The 3rd center speaker controls voices and can be turned up or down independently to better hear dialogue. The sound quality is excellent, and I would highly recommend.

• A:Answer On the soundbar press the source button then press the volume button after that on the satellite remote control press the volume button continuously for a while until you see the LED lights on the soundbar turned on.

Q: QuestionEvery morning I have to physically turn on the sound bar then I can control the volume with the remote. I can't just control it with the remote until I turn it on. Don't think it is supposed to work like that. The wireless woofer doesn't work at all.

• A:Answer I had a similar problem. Several possible suggestions: Move the sub at least 10 feet away from the Soundbar. For some reason that seems to help connect the sub with the bar. Make sure the Soundbar and sub are actually paired with your TV remote. When pairing, make sure all audio functions are paired: On/Off, sound up, sound down, mute! Hope that helps.

Q: QuestionThis may sound dumb, but how do you hook this up to multiple outputs? We have it connected via the cable provided to the TV. And I can play music through the bluetooth connection. But I see no way to connect it to other components ( roku, DVD, etc.)?

• A:Answer As long as the other inputs route through the TV, you should be able to hear them through the soundbar. There is really the one main input to the bar unless you also route one through the AUX. Best to stick w/ going through the TV IMO.
