- Answer It comes with a usb wireless connector that is more reliable than Bluetooth alone but you could use it with just Bluetooth

QuestionMy headset is stuck on mute. I have only had this headset for a short while. How do I get them off of mute. I Have turn them off turn them on press the mute button. When I press the mute button it will unmute just for a moment and then say muted again.
