QuestionBought this. Trying to pair with Taotronics bluetooth transmitter attached to TV via audio in/out cables. Shows blinking blue then I hear a bloop sound from the speaker but no sound comes via the transmitter. What am I doing wrong?

- Answer Sometimes with this type of device you need to turn up the audio on whatever you have the device plugged into and then lower the volume with your headphone controls.

- Answer If you start with your phone at half volume, then you can increase the volume at any time by turning up the volume on your phone, thus your phone acts like a remote volume control.

QuestionI just purchased this speaker. I have it running on Bluetooth through my iPhone 6s with Spotify. About 3 times during every song it makes a beep and the song cuts out for a second then goes right back to playing. Any help is appreciated!

- Answer Had this issue, it's either the battery is low or your connection to the music program is cutting out.

- Answer We didn’t have a problem connecting to our Bluetooth stereo. Try to connect it to your phone so it recognizes the product and use a hotspot to connect the to Bluetooth

- Answer Not recommended, since the range for Bluetooth is around 25 feet. Starts to cut out at that range.

- Answer I realized that if this speaker is paired with another device, it will not accept any other connection. For example, I need to disconnect it from my iPad so I can use it / connect it to the notebook. Hope this helps you..

- Answer It shouldn't need a driver, if your computer has Bluetooth then you just need to pair it to your computer. The instructions on how to pair it with a compatible Bluetooth device are in the box with the speaker. FYI, there are a lot of computers out there without Bluetooth, even my high-end laptop with a Blu-Ray player, solid state drive and 16GB of RAM did not come with Bluetooth, I had to buy a Bluetooth dongle for it. Luckily they are cheap and small!

- Answer battery life actually lasts for 6 hours while camping. this product is wonderful I would recommend to anyone who has small children the product is durable when dropped.

- Answer Yes, but it is a little complicated. The device has two speakers in it, but they are 4" apart, so you don't get much stereo sound normally. However, if you can find a Y-cable with a stereo plug on one end and two plugs or jacks on the other end that separate the left and right channels, then you could plug each speaker into one of them. Do not confuse this Y-cable with one that allows two headphones to plug into the same device - it has BOTH channels connected to both jacks and does not separate them. The cable you need can be easily made from two cables with plugs on both ends, if you are able to cut and splice the wires.
