• Game comes with a disk and a Steam activation code. Some of the game downloads off of the disk but most of it is downloaded.

• It forms with a CD with a CD key which you can also redeem in Steam

• It comes with a DVD and serial number activation code. Not sure if it's complete content. Fallout 4 had like 4GB on disc and the other 50GB was download.
