“Neither Account Home nor Account Settings are ways to see my billing and card balances. Why is there no choice to get right to those? I want to see if I'm being charged for things I ordered and was charged for, but have not been delivered/completed.”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you look at the menu bar at the top of the site you will see the first one is Credit Cards. That is where you can see any and all activity on your best buy credit card. I hope that helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Make sure you check with customer service. On two occasions It was reported that I had received orders that was not delivered. One was a microwave that came after I called the store. and the other was a washing machine that I still haven't gotten.
