- Answer I just had a horrible experience with a dryer delivery - despite paying for haul away of the old appliance, the delivery guys refused to install the new dryer as I had not unhooked the old one. Apparently Best Buy expects completely inexperienced consumers to move and unhook large appliances themselves.

- Answer I believe that Best Buy only offers the Haul Away service, if you are buying a similar product from them. If not then I'd recommend contacting your local Goodwill, Salvation Army, or similar organization to donate the old appliance. Good luck.
