- Answer I believe in the prepare for their arrival video, you have to uninstall what you want hauled away since they aren't installing the new appliance. There are videos to prepare you for their arrival.

- Answer I just had a horrible experience with a dryer delivery - despite paying for haul away of the old appliance, the delivery guys refused to install the new dryer as I had not unhooked the old one. Apparently Best Buy expects completely inexperienced consumers to move and unhook large appliances themselves.
