- Answer If you are walking at a normal or quick pace it should be okay, but if you are running hard and pounding the deck as you run your neighbors probably won't be too happy.

- Answer No, this one does not. You have to lift it up and then it connects to the left side arm. If you look at the picture online you will see the latch that holds it up.
