The console has a port for a 3.6 mm audio cable located to the right of the buttons on the console face below the volume buttons and slightly above the resistance control buttons.

A:AnswerShort answer: no, or at least not fully.
I measured pedal low and high distances off floor. At 0 incline I measured 12" and 20". At 20 (maximum) incline I measured 15" and 28". I am 73" tall and even at 20 incline I was able to cycle with my head just beneath my 89" ceiling. Everyone's gait is different but this suggests that the ceiling height required is based on your height plus the low pedal position plus a small buffer -- any rotation above this pedal position and your knee starts bending.

The promotion through BestBuy is a 30-day free iFIT membership trial.
The promo on ProForm.com for this Carbon HIIT H7 is to purchase three years of iFIT Family membership and receive the unit for free. The membership would be 36 months of $39/month totalling $1,403. This promotion is completely different from purchasing the unit from BestBuy.
Purchasing through BestBuy at the listed price will give you the 30-days of iFIT free. The unit can be used in manual mode without membership. The membership trial can be canceled before the renewal date to avoid the membership fee.

The startup screen will ask for your iFIT membership login, with a link to continue without logging in. Without membership, you will have limited access to select featured workouts that change periodically.
You will also have access to the map and draw-your-own-map workout feature.

Since ellipticals are kind of between a treadmill and bike experience, it can often feel similar to climbing stairs or hiking uphill on an elliptical. However, this can be adjusted through the resistance levels to ensure your workout experience meets your personal preferences.

The step-up height for this machine is approximately 12.25” and the stride length is 17.5-18.7.”
When the stepper is at its highest, it is more like 19-20” from the floor but the knee should then be bent at that height.
If you were to stand completely upright at the highest setting on the foothold (improper form), your 77” plus the equipment’s 20” would put you at 97” and you would bump your head on the ceiling. This would have to be done intentionally, though, as it would be difficult to put all your weight on this.
However, while you are using this machine with proper form, your head should remain a few inches below the ceiling.

Step-up height for this machine is approximately 12.25” and the stride length is 17.5-18.7”. When the stepper is at its highest, it’s more like 19-20” from the floor, but at that height, the knee should become bent.
With a 90” ceiling height, we’d approximate the user height shouldn’t exceed 5’8”. A 6’ user may end up hitting the ceiling while using this equipment.

Hi there. For a 90” ceiling, it may cut it close for a user to be 5’10” on this elliptical.
The foot pedals on this machine can get up to approximately 19-20” off the floor. This would leave approximately 70 inches left to the ceiling, which would be approximately 5’9”.
You may be able to pull this off, but your ceiling is most likely too short for a 5’10” person to use without bumping his or her head.
Please email us if you have further questions about our equipment at [email protected].

Thanks for your question. If the elliptical is assembled correctly, the rollers shouldn’t come off the track.

A:AnswerI also have ceramic tiles and I bought a mat from amazon. I eventually chose to take it off the mat. I don't believe it made much difference. The E7's little "feet" are quite sturdy and didn't cause me any problems. Also, if you use a mat it make its very difficult to move it around.
A:AnswerI didn't count them, but the claim is 50. They are there and you don't need to sign into iFIT or even log in at all to access them on the machine.
