• There is not. Every version of Quicken requires a subscription now.

• I purchased Quicken Deluxe 2019 just a few months ago at $49.99 and will not need to renew annually. It will be outdated someday but I will not need to pay anything annually to continue using it, rather just buy a new version when I decide I need one.
