• I own a Lenovo laptop, but I do not own the IdeaPad 340. In looking at the Quicken system requirements, it is compatible with your IdeaPad. You should be good to go.

• Quicken 2019 is compatible with windows 10, so yes if you have windows 10 install in it. I have install this in two different devices running windows and it works flawlessly. you could also sync with your mobile device, I have an android phone and I sync my computers to it using the quicken app.
