• Basically it is a subscription purchase. You can either purchase the disc or download version of the program. That comes with the one year (or 14 months if you get the promotion) full use of the program after which you will need to renew or purchase again to have full function.

• There are several versions of quicken. I purchased a non subscription version. I have access to quicken for the first year only. But everything sets up easily. Annual payments are like ransom.
