• A:Answer Non-existant If you have an issue with it any time outside of 15 days then good luck. Best buy turned me down even though the headset literally exploded. No insurance = no help

• A:Answer Absolutely, it actually has a power sensing function as well so if the mic isnt being called into use it stops sidetoning. The software has lots of optional customization to go with with effect as well. Highly recommend.

Q: QuestionMy headphones are less than 2 years and the peace above the earphone cup snapped when I look at the Best Buy app it says parts and labor are covered for 2 years for these headphones am I able to swap them out at Best Buy help please or get them fixed

• A:Answer if you bought the 2 year protection you can just go in and swap them out for a different pair (dont get the same ones) if you didnt you have to contact manufacturer and send them in to get repaired
