QuestionI purchased this headset yesterday for the ps5 and while the headset sounds GREAT IMO, when i go to chat, no one can hear me. This happens in game chat and in part chat. I can hear others but they can not hear me. What am i doing wrong?

- Answer Next to the volume control is a mic mute button. If it's pressed it, you've muted your mic. If you can see a green line around it, you're not muted. Hope that helps.

- Answer yes you have to enable it through razer synapse. In my opinion its a half decent cancelation.
