“Will USB Audio Adapter improve sound quality and mic on Toshiba Laptop Purchased this headset for my son. Works great with Xbox One but when he uses it on his laptop, the mic does not work and sound quality is not the best. Will a Syba USB Audio Adapter correct this or is there something else we can try?”

• Have you tried updating the sound drivers for the laptop? It could also be the sound card or integrated sound chip that could not be giving you the proper sound for the headset, my pro works perfectly fine on both my laptop and desktop.

• Make sure he has the mic jack and the headphone jack plugged into the the right slot. They are color coated. Mad the mistake myself one time and my mic wasn't working.
