Q: QuestionI have a PC laptop and a Macbook, along with 2 monitors. I game on the PC and do school on the Macbook. Can I use this docking station to plug in my Macbook for schoolwork, and then swap over to my PC when gaming?

- A:Answer Yes. As along as the Razer Thunderbolt™ 4 Dock Chroma is connected to Mac Systems with M1 Processors and Thunderbolt™3 port running MacOS 11.1 Big Sur or Later.

Q: QuestionHow many external disk drives can be simultaneously connected and used with this dock? (Every disk I've tried so far has failed to support even one, at least while using passthrough charging)

- A:Answer Less than 4. With 4 drives it will appear to work for a week or two, then the computer will stop seeing the drives at all

- A:Answer Yes. Although it's not officially tested yet, but it should suffice as it has available Thunderbolt ports,however there might be no guarantee you'll get the same speeds or features.

- A:Answer No. We don't recommend connecting the Razer Core X Chroma or other eGPU to the Razer Thunderbolt™ 4 Dock Chroma as this can cause latency issues with your input and output. Connect both devices directly to your system for optimal gaming performance.
