QuestionI just bought this remote for use on a samsung UN40KU6300F Tv, is there a button that functions as the back/return button? The exit button just closes the app. Also the Home/Guide button does not bring up the app menu.

- Answer If you go to the little circle of buttons in the middle (surrounds the purple one) & press menu, it will take you to a bunch of stuff you can program using the purple arrows. Might work.

QuestionWe use this with our Roku3, but we can not get it to go back without exiting the whole program, Amazon,etc. On the Roku remote, there was a dedicated back button. What code do you use to allow that function?

- Answer It supposedly works with TCL tvs. I tried to get it to work with my TCL 32 inch TV, but for some reason the remote itself is not working. Must be a faulty product.
