A:AnswerIt would be possible to use with a lot of adapters, however my preference on my iphone is the Shure mv88 if you have a little more money to throw at it. it has everything you need and has apps that are super helpful, and is a better mic.
A:AnswerFor most mics that have a 3.5mm jack you will need the lightning to 3.5mm headphone jack dongle and a TRS (this has two black rings, will be the side you connect to the mic) to TRRS (this has three rings and will go into the iphone dongle) adaptor. So to clarify, your set up will look like:
